Habitat Therapeutics Pty. Ltd. are a residential drug and alcohol rehabilitation service based in Geelong, Victoria, but we service clients from across Australia. We are registered as a Private Hospital with the Dept. Human and Health Services, Victoria and are licensed to conduct Alcohol and Drug Withdrawal and Detoxification.
We are recovered addicts and alcoholics; we have lived through the sort of things you are going through and understand how hard it is to get onto the road to recovery. We also have families that lived through our addictions and understand dealing with addiction is extremely painful for both the sufferer and those around them.

We provide evidence-based addiction treatment that works effectively with alcohol and or drugs. Our program is not just a detox but the treatment of addiction and will provide the skills to maintain a clean and sober lifestyle. We operate as a 12 Step based Therapeutic Community.
We are a private facility, our services are user pays, and if the sufferer is deemed suitable after assessment, they can generally be admitted within a week.
There are three main programs we offer. 90, 60, and 30 days of residential therapy. We recommend the 90-day program as it is proven to be the most successful at changing behaviors and leading to a clean and sober lifestyle.
Our staff are highly qualified and have a great deal of experience in dealing with clients who are experiencing un-manageability within their lives and facing challenges primarily caused by drug and alcohol use. Most of our staff are in recovery themselves. Prior to clients being accepted into our programs they need to be thoroughly assessed to determine suitability to this type of recovery.
